Scrambled Tofu Recipe

Liven up breakfast time with this delicious plant-based alternative to scrambled eggs.

Method

1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the tofu. Stir to cover it in the oil.

2. Add the spinach leaves, tomato and turmeric and fry for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

3. Add the herbs and season to taste.

4. Serve with the bread, which can be toasted if you prefer.
