Green juice





1. Remove the stem from the apples and cut them into quarters.

2. Juice the ingredients in this order: the first two apples, broccoli stem, courgette, spinach or kale leaves, celery, lime, cucumber, pineapple and then the final apple.

3. Add your juice to your blender. Scoop out the avocado flesh and blend it with the ice and juice. If you are adding powders such as spirulina or wheatgrass they should also go in now.
