Peanut Butter Cacao Nib Muesli Bars Recipe

Prep time:

10 minutes plus 1 hour chilling time


  • 200g quick oats
  • 140g smooth peanut butter
  • 80ml maple syrup
  • 60g cacao nibs
  • Brownie pan lined with parchment paper


1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, making sure to coat the oats with peanut butter.

2. Spoon the mixture into the prepared brownie pan and press down the muesli mixture firmly and evenly with your fingers or a spatula.

3. Leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

4. Remove from the fridge and into cut bars before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
